Please Note:
Network-branded cards (including prepaid or reloadable cards) are not accepted. We also do not accept CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.
2. What security measures do you use for credit card payments?
Every step of the Halo Collar online ordering process that involves credit card information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which keeps your information secure.
We also use Stripe for payment processing. For more information about Stripe’s security, please visit Stripe's security information.
3. How do I change or cancel an order?
You may be able to cancel or modify your order before it is sent to our distribution center for processing.
Important:
- Orders are processed throughout the day
- Once sent to the distribution center, no changes or cancellations can be made
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after placing an order
To request a cancellation or change, please contact our support team via dogpark.halocollar.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few hours
- This is not a shipping confirmation
- A separate email will be sent once your order ships
Shipping Timeline:
Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks, though many ship sooner.
You can also check your order anytime in the Order Status Dashboard
5. How do I track my order/shipment/delivery?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Helpful Notes:
- Orders with multiple collars may arrive in separate packages
- You will receive a tracking email for each shipment
You can also track your order anytime using the Order Status Dashboard by entering:
- Your order number
- Your email or shipping ZIP/postal code
6. Is there sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders in certain regions.
The exact amount will be calculated at checkout and included in your order summary.
7. Where can I view my order status and order history?
To view your order details or contact support:
- Visit the billing dashboard
- Enter:
- The email used for your order
- The last 4 digits of your payment method
- Check your email for a login link
- Access your order details or submit a request for help
