When you enroll in a Halo Pack Membership, the collar automatically receives built-in cellular coverage. This means the collar can connect to cellular networks without requiring you to add it to your personal phone plan.

How Connectivity Works

• The Halo Collar includes its own SIM card and cellular capability.

• Cellular service is included with your Halo Membership.

• No additional cellular plan is required from your mobile carrier.

What Happens Without Wi-Fi or Cellular Coverage?

Even if your dog is in an area with poor or no Wi-Fi or cellular coverage, the collar can still help protect your dog.

• The collar continues using GPS to determine location.

• Fence feedback can still occur if the collar detects your dog approaching or crossing a boundary.
