Why Can't I See My Beacon or Remote in the Halo App?
If your Halo beacon or Remote is not appearing in the Halo App, try the following steps:
Troubleshooting Steps
- Make sure the Beacon/Remote is turned on and in close proximity to your phone to establish a connection
- Ensure the Beacon/Remote is powered on before opening the settings in your Halo App, so it can be detected
- After powering on the Beacon/Remote, allow up to 40 seconds for it to appear in the app
- If the Beacon/Remote still does not appear:
- Turn off, then back on
- Toggle your device’s Bluetooth off and on to refresh the connection
- After completing these steps, attempt to reconnect the Beacon/Remote in the Halo App by following the in-app pairing instructions
