Will using the Halo App on Multiple Devices drain battery quicker? Follow
Whenever you have the Halo app running in the foreground on your phone, the collar is communicating more often with your app, which requires it to use additional battery power. The more time you spend actively using the Halo app, the more battery your collar will use to keep the information you see as up-to-date as possible.
However, it does not use any more battery power to send that information to two different devices. For example, if you and your spouse are both in the Halo app on different devices (on the same account), the collar does not use any more battery power than it would if only one of you was using your Halo app. The battery is only affected by whether or not someone is using the Halo app at any given time; it does not matter whether one device or three devices are doing so at the same time.
