Where Can I Check the Halo Collar’s Battery Level? Follow
After powering on the Halo collar, specific battery charge level is reported periodically to the Halo App and is visible on both the MyMap and Settings screens.
In addition, the Halo Collar is equipped with a battery status light. The color of the status light indicates the battery charge lev
- Green Blink - the battery is currently charging
- Green On - the battery is plugged in and fully charged
- Off - the battery level is good (or the collar is powered off)
- Flashing Yellow - The battery should be charged soon.
- Flashing Red - The battery should be charged immediately. Tracking features remain active in case of an emergency.

The Halo App user will receive low-battery alerts when the battery is at 15% (collar blinks yellow), 5% (collar blinks red), and shut-down.
