Where Can I Check the Halo Collar’s Battery Level?

You can check your Halo Collar’s battery level directly in the Halo App:

• On the My Map screen
• In the Settings menu

The battery level updates periodically and gives you a clear view of your collar’s current charge.

Understanding the Battery Status Light

The Halo Collar also uses a status light to indicate battery level:

• Blinking Green – Collar is charging
• Solid Green – Fully charged (while plugged in)
• Off – Battery level is sufficient or the collar is powered off
• Flashing Yellow – Battery is low; charge soon
• Flashing Red – Battery is very low; charge immediately
  • Tracking features will remain active in case of emergency

Low Battery Notifications

You’ll also receive alerts in the Halo App when the battery reaches:

• 15% – Yellow light notification
• 5% – Red light notification
• Shutdown – Collar powers off due to low battery

• The Halo Collar contains a non-replaceable lithium-ion battery
• Avoid exposing the collar to extreme heat or direct sunlight
