How to Understand the Pet Safety Card Follow
Environment
- Halo App
Keeping your pet safe is a top priority. Understanding the nuances of your pet's behavior and interactions with safety measures like fences is crucial. The Safety Card provides valuable insights into your pet's activities, highlighting key statistics that shed light on their safety within and outside the designated safe zones.
In the Halo App, go to the the My Map tab. Select your pet's name under find & manage pets and swipe up to enlarge the pet card, you will find there are statistics that you can view!
Safety Score Card
Safe - This metric indicates how long your pet remained within the safe zone, protected by the fence.
Unsafe - Contrary to the safe metric, the unsafe category reveals instances when your pet ventured beyond the safe zone despite the fences being activated. It quantifies the duration your pet spent outside the protected area, alerting you to potential vulnerabilities or breaches in the safety measures.
Tracking - The tracking metric offers insight into the periods when the fences were deactivated or turned off for your pet and it measures the duration during which your pet was not under the direct protection of the fence.
Note: The time, when the collar is charging or is turned off, is not accounted in the 'Safety' card stats calculation.
View History
You can easily access your pet's Safety Card History by tapping the "View History" button and then you are able to navigate to the detailed report. Let's take a look at that and see how it will be displayed!
Safety History
There will be a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly report found.
Safe - Sum of periods when your pet was in a safe area.
Unsafe - Sum of periods when your pet was in an unsafe area.
Tracking - Sum of periods when the fences were turned off.
On Charger - Sum of periods when the collar was on the charger.
Note: The "On Charger" data is displayed within the Safety report but not as a separate type of data in the "Statistics" section. The "On Charger" value includes time when the collar is turned off as well. This means that the "On Charger" value can encompass time when the collar is either on the charger or turned off. 24 bars can be displayed for one day, and a bar or part of a bar isn't displayed if there is no data about the pet's tracking.
Bluetooth Disclaimer:
When accessing your pet's report within the app, the Bluetooth connection with the collar will be automatically disabled. Upon closing the report, the app will enable Bluetooth.
