Is There a Limit to the Number or Location of the Halo Fences I Can Create?

The number of Halo Fences you can set up depends on your Membership Plan:

• Bronze Plan: Up to 5 fences

• Silver Plan: Up to 20 fences

• Gold Plan: Unlimited fences

Fence Placement Guidelines

To ensure safety and proper functionality:

• Maintain at least 20 feet (6.1 meters) between Halo Fence boundaries and any structure (like your house).

• Keep at least 20 feet (4.6 meters) from roads or other hazards.

These buffers account for natural GPS variation and prevent your dog from accidentally triggering Warning Feedback, which occurs when your dog comes within 7–10 feet (2.1–3.0 meters) of a fence boundary.

Creating Fences Anywhere

• Halo Fences can be created anywhere in the world via the Halo App.

• If you are going to a location with no cellular service or WiFi, set up your fences before you leave, and they will work seamlessly offline.
