• Edit the email address associated with your Halo Account

Environment

• Halo App

Procedure

1. Log into your Halo App using your current credentials.
2. Select "Settings" at the bottom, and then select "My Account"
3. Next to your name/email, click "Edit"
4. Next to your email address, press "Change"
5. Enter your new email address.  Then press "Change Email"
6. A 6-digit code will be sent to your new email for confirmation that this is your valid email address.
7. After entering the code, your email will be updated - and must be used for subsequent access to your Halo App and My Account page at halocollar.com
