Why is My Collar Blinking Red and White?
Collars will alternate blinking red and white if there is a Membership payment issue or a firmware issue rendering the collar inoperable.
- The blinking will occur once the collar recognizes that it is moving
- The Halo App will notify you of this issue
- The collar will also vibrate continuously until it fully discharges
