What is a Halo Fence?

A Halo Fence is a virtual fence that works with your Halo Collar to keep your dog(s) contained within a designated geographical area.

• A Halo Fence can include up to 20 fence posts, allowing for customized shapes to fit your property
• Fence availability depends on your membership plan:
  • Bronze Pack → up to 5 fences
  • Silver Pack → up to 20 fences
  • Gold Pack → unlimited fences
• Halo Fences can be automatically generated using the steps outlined in this article.

Multiple Fences

• Your fences do not interfere with each other
• You can create a fence at a family member’s or friend’s home while keeping your home fence saved

How It Works

• If your dog approaches or crosses a fence boundary while wearing the Halo Collar, the collar will provide Prevention Feedback to guide them back inside
• Prevention Feedback can include:
  • Sounds
  • Vibrations
  • Static pulses
• You will receive a notification in the Halo App if your dog receives Prevention Feedback

Technology & Reliability

• The GPS coordinates of a Halo Fence are:
  • Automatically downloaded to the collar
  • Stored on the collar unless edited or deleted
• A Halo Fence:
  • Cannot be cut, damaged, jumped over, or dug under
  • Requires no maintenance
