A Halo Fence is a virtual fence that works with your Halo Collar to keep your dog(s) contained in a certain geographical area. A Halo Fence can be comprised of up to 20 fence posts, so your fence can be uniquely shaped to fit your needs. Bronze Pack Members can have up to 5 Fences, Silver Pack Members have up to 20 and Gold Pack Members have unlimited Fences.  Halo Fences can now be automatically generated using the steps outlined in this article.

Your fences will not interfere with each other! You can set one up at a family or friend member's home while keeping your fence saved at your home.

If your pet tries to cross a Halo Fence boundary while wearing the Halo Collar, the collar will give them Prevention Feedback to keep them inside the boundary. This Prevention Feedback can be customized with prompts such as sounds, vibrations, or static pulses. You will receive a notification from the Halo App if your pet receives Prevention Feedback. 

The GPS coordinates of a Halo Fence are automatically downloaded to the collar and remain there permanently (unless you edit or delete them). A Halo Fence cannot be cut, damaged, jumped over, or dug under, and it doesn't require any maintenance.
