What Are Halo Subscriptions and Why Do I Need One? Follow
What are Halo Subscription Plans?
A monthly Halo Subscription Plan is your key to unlocking the amazing features and services that come with your Halo Collar!
You need an active subscription in order to add a collar to your account or to begin Halo Training.
Note: If you have multiple dogs, they are all under one plan together as a pack!
Why do I need a Subscription Plan?
The coverage plan that you select will connect your dog's Halo to advanced GPS and LTE, so you can stay connected anywhere. A Halo Subscription Plan is required to enable data storage for fences, GPS location services, activity tracking, and (depending upon the plan you choose) premium training content from Cesar Millan!
What benefits do I get from having a Subscription Plan?
These features allow you to keep your pup safe by creating Halo Fences at home or on the go, track their location and activity level throughout the day, and receive real-time status notifications.
You will also get access to Halo Training, which is an exclusive program designed by Cesar Millan for Halo Pack Members and their dogs. Going through Halo Training with your pup is incredibly beneficial because it not only teaches them how to stay safe with the help of their Halo Collar, but the process helps you and your pup form a strong bond as you learn and grow together!
How do I sign up?
