How to Check What Firmware Version Is Running on My Halo Collar

You can quickly check your Halo Collar’s firmware version directly in the Halo App.

Steps to Check Firmware Version

1. Open the Halo App
2. Tap Settings
3. Select My Collars
4. Choose the collar you want to view
5. Scroll to the Collar Update section

What You’ll See

• Current version
  • Displays the firmware currently installed (e.g., Current version 03.05.16)
• Available updates
  • Shows if a newer version is available (e.g., Version 03.05.16 is available)
• Up-to-date status
  • If it says “Up-to-date”, your collar is running the latest version

Additional Information

• Your collar will continue to function even if it’s not fully up to date
• Firmware updates typically include:
  • Performance improvements
