To access the training videos in the Halo App

1. Open the Halo App
2. Tap Training
3. Tap the right facing arrow to start the videos
   • If you have the Gold Membership Plan, you'll also see the Gold Video Library here as well

There is also an option to watch the training on a device other than your phone. On the training tab, you will see an option that says "Watch on Another Device". When you select this option, you will be sent a link to the email that is associated with your account where you can watch the all of the training.

The Basic User Training will outline information regarding the day to day use of the Halo Collar. The Basic Pet training videos will help with teaching your puppy the Halo Collar. We also offer a training specific room in our virtual Dog Park - How to Contact Customer Support
