Objective

• Changing the email address associated with an active Halo account and you are able to log into the Halo app with that account.  

Environment

• Halo App

Procedure

1. Open your Halo Collar App and click on Settings in the bottom right corner of the menu. 
2. Scroll down and tap on My Account. 
3. Underneath your name and email address tap on Edit Account. 
4. To the right of your email address tap Change.
5. Enter the new email address you would like to use and tap Change Email. 
6. You will receive a Confirmation of the email change to the new email address which will contain a verification code. 
7. Once you have that confirmation code from your email go back to the Halo app and enter it into the box. Once you have entered the code a Done option will appear at the top right corner of your screen.
