Why Don’t I See My Halo Collar in the App? Follow
When you are adding your Halo Collar to your account in the Halo App, make sure the following pre-conditions are met to ensure a smooth process:
- Your Halo Collar must be turned ON. To check if it is currently ON, gently shake the collar - if it is ON, the Logo Light will blink. If the Logo Light doesn't blink, then you should press the power button for 1-2 seconds and release. This will turn the collar on.
- Your phone's Bluetooth must be turned on. Go to your phone's Settings and make sure that new Bluetooth connections are toggled to ON.
- Make sure your phone is within Bluetooth range of your collar (within 50 feet [15.2 meters]).
When your collar is turned on, your phone's Bluetooth is enabled, and you are within range, your Halo Collar will show up on the Add Collar screen.
