All packages shipped from our overseas warehouse require a signature when being delivered by Fedex. This signature can be provided by anyone at the delivery location, including a neighbor.
If your delivery driver deems that they cannot securely deliver the package, they will leave a door tag with instructions for getting your package. You will also receive an email stating that your package could not be delivered.
If you do not contact Fedex, per the instructions on the door tag, then your package will be returned to our facility.
What to do if your package is returned to sender
If your package is returned to us, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support Team to let them know if you would like to place the order again, or if you would like a refund. To contact Customer Support, please enter the virtual Halo Dog Park at dogpark.halocollar.com, or through the Halo App under Settings > Halo Dog Park.
Once in the Halo Dog Park, click Halo Store then Order Status, and you will be connected to a Halo order specialist who can help you.
