Go to the Account Portal
Log in to your Halo Account with your browser.
Click the "Replace" button that is located next to the collar you want to replace
- When you click the 'Replace' button, a special shop page will open, allowing you to purchase the Halo Care or the Halo Protection Plan replacement collar.
