You have 60 days from the date the Collar is activated and registered under your account to enroll in the Halo Care program. You can enroll and edit your Halo Care enrollment on the My Account page of the Halo Collar website.
Please Note: Once 60 days have elapsed, your collar will no longer be eligible for enrollment in Halo Care.
