When Can I Enroll My Collar in Halo Care? Follow
You can enroll in Halo Care for your collar(s) at any time. If you enroll in Halo Care and disable it, you can re-enroll in Halo Care. There will be a 60 day waiting period before the collar is eligible for a replacement. You can enroll and edit your Halo Care enrollment on the My Account page of the Halo Collar website.
Please Note: Once 60 days have elapsed, your collar will be eligible for replacement using Halo Care.
