The Halo Collar is made out of rugged thermoplastic elastomer (i.e. highly-durable rubber) and metallic plastic components to increase flexibility, reduce weight, and withstand a wide variety of environmental conditions. It's designed for a comfortable fit on any dog over 5 months of age that weighs 20 pounds or more. 

• Additionally, the Halo Collar is shipped with a Halo strap, which is made from an easy-to-clean, extremely durable material, and won't retain water, smells, or bacteria. The collar strap is TPU-coated, rubberized nylon with an ultra-strength plastic grip mechanism.
• The collar has an IP67 water rating and can be safely submerged in water up to 3 feet (0.9 meters) deep. It has also undergone extensive testing in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions, so you can be confident that it will keep your pup safe, regardless of your surrounding conditions.
