If you receive a replacement collar from a warranty claim, the process of adding it to your App is simple. First, in the App, click Settings, then Collars. Select your previous collar and click Delete Collar at the bottom of the card, if you have not done so already.
Once you confirm that the previous collar has been deleted, follow the steps in the article “How do I pair my Halo Collar with the Halo Phone App?” to add your replacement collar.
