Under Help, which can be accessed by clicking the Settings tab at the bottom right of your Halo App, you have searchable access to the following information:
- Halo Collar Owner Manual
- How to Contact Us
- Halo App How To's
- Halo Knowledge Base
You can also submit and access help tickets submitted to Halo Support.
To submit a Help ticket
- After logging in, click Settings => Help
- On the upper right, click the Start a New Ticket (Pencil and paper) icon. This will take you to the “My Tickets” screen.
- From the “My Tickets” screen, either click a conversation link or click the Start a New Ticket icon to open the Contact Us screen if this is your first ticket with us.
- Once you have added all the details, click Send, This will send your issue to Halo Support. We will respond to your report via the application and the email address you use to sign in to the Halo App.
IMPORTANT: When reporting an issue in this manner please provide us with a description, steps you may have taken so we can try to reproduce and any screenshots that illustrate the issue. The application will automatically generate a log file (called Do-Not-Delete.zip) and send it along with all the information you provided.
