The Halo Collar is fully compatible with Android phones that are using version 8.0 or higher - You can download the Halo Android App in the Google Play Store at this link.

If you are having issues with your Android phone, follow this link to access troubleshooting help based on your device manufacturer. 

The Halo Collar is fully compatible with iOS devices running iOS version 14.0 or higher – which should be available on the iPhone 5s and up. It is partially compatible with iOS versions 12 and 13 – but if your phone has v. 12 or 13, you will need to watch your training videos on another device, or upgrade to iOS 14.0.

The Halo Collar app is only available in iPhone format currently but it can still be downloaded on an iPad that is running iOS 12.0 or higher. You can download the Halo app on your iOS device using this link.
