Procedure

To purchase a new Halo Collar Kit as a replacement for an existing collar using your Halo Care or Halo Protection coverage, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your account at www.halocollar.com
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to the left side of the page and select "Purchase a Replacement Collar" 
3. Select the collar you want to replace from the list.  You will see the price of a replacement collar kit based on your current Halo Care selection and any applicable Membership Level discount.
   • • NOTE: If you wish to purchase multiple replacement collars, you need to follow this process for each collar you want to replace. The pricing of your replacement collar is based on your membership tier.

4. Select the collar that you wish to replace, and select confirm.  IMPORTANT:  make sure you select the right collar from the list - the collar you select will be deactivated and cannot be re-used.
5. If you do not see your collar in the list (e.g. if you just received it and have not added it to your account yet), then you can add it to the list using its Serial Number and your Order #.
6. You will then be taken to a special Collar Kit purchase screen where you can proceed with your replacement order!
