How to Upgrade to a Halo 3 – Halo Collar Help Center

Objective

To upgrade your collar to our latest Halo 3 model, please follow these steps:

Go to https://www.halocollar.com/my-account/
Log in to your Halo Account with your browser.
Click the "Replace" button that is located next to the collar you want to replace
- When you click the 'Replace' button, a special shop page will open, allowing you to purchase the Halo Care and/or Halo Protection Plan replacement collar.
