Warning: Only perform a Hard Reset if your collar is completely unresponsive while either plugged in or off of the charger. 

1. 1. Plug your collar into the charger and set it on a flat surface with the charging cable facing up.
   2. Hold down the power button for 60 seconds and release it. The collar may vibrate 3 times and the battery light may flash red briefly, but keep the power button held down for the full 60 seconds.
   3. Wait 15-20 seconds.
   4. The collar should cycle itself back on. The battery light should turn solid green briefly and return to flashing green. The Paw LED should flash briefly when it turns on.

Please note - When a Hard Reset is performed, this will erase GPS location data that has been saved to your collar. A GPS reinitialization will be required after this step.
