- We can only apply a refund to the form of payment supplied at purchase.
- Whether you used a credit card, a debit card, a gift card, etc., the refund will go back to that payment method. We cannot make any exceptions.
- Purchases not from www.halocollar.com do not qualify for this policy, and any returns must be submitted to the authorized seller in accordance with the terms and conditions of such seller’s return policy.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your approved return, your purchase price will be refunded less a $25 shipping and handling fee as defined by the Return Situation per the terms outlined in our Return Policy.
We are not responsible for returned goods sent without an RMA.

- Log into your Halo Collar Account on a computer
- Note: Returns are unable to be requested through the Halo App at this time
- Click the click here button in the line "if you need to return one or more of your collars click here"
- Click My Collar is not shown
- Enter the Serial Number and Order Number for your Collar.
- Click Link Collar
- Select the collar(s) you wish to return by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
- Select the Reason for Return Request from the drop down menu
- Note: Depending on the reason for your return, you may be given the option to join the virtual Dog Park for assistance. In these cases, we are able to extend the return window.
- If your request is approved, an RMA number, return shipping instructions, and a prepaid label will be provided to you by PAWS, LLC via email.
