How to Return an Unopened Collar Follow
We understand that sometimes we need to return collars that are still in their box. If this happens, you can follow the instructions below to submit a return request without needing to open your collar or sign up for a membership plan. If you have an open collar already linked to your account, please reference these steps.
To return an unopened collar :
- Log into your Halo Collar Account on a computer
- Note: Returns are unable to be requested through the Halo App at this time

When you create your account, you are asked to select a Pack Membership Plan. You can skip this portion of the sign-up process by selecting Skip and taking me to My Account, as shown below:
- On the left side under Account Details, select Link a collar to your account.
- Enter the Serial Number and Order Number for your Collar.
- Click Link Collar

- You will need to link ALL collars you would like to return for a refund

- Once your collar(s) are linked to your account, you can now submit a return request by following the instructions outlined HERE
